Event Space Rental FAQs - Terre Haute, IN

  • Decorations are allowed but must be approved in advance and must not damage walls, floors, or fixtures. All décor must be removed at the end of your event.

  • All contracts, invoices, and payments are handled securely through our online booking system for clarity and record-keeping.

  • Your date is reserved once your rental contract is signed and the required deposit is paid.

  • Our rentals start at $400 for celebrations, $100/hour for meetings (2-hour minimum), and $600 for full-day events. Final pricing is based on your event type, date, duration, guest count, and setup needs. Contact us for a detailed quote.

  • Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and is included in your total rental cost. The remaining balance is due before your event. Payment methods include cash, check, or credit card.

  • Alcohol is NOT permitted unless you receive written approval in advance. If approved, there is a $150 alcohol service fee, and you must provide proof of liability insurance. You are responsible for ensuring no one under 21 is served and for compliance with all alcohol laws.

  • No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue.

  • Cancellations made 15-30 days before your event receive a 50% refund of the rental fee (deposit is non-refundable). Cancellations made less than 15 days before your event receive no refund. Security deposits are refundable if no damage occurs and all terms are met

  • We offer flexible rental options to fit a variety of events, including:

    • Hourly rentals (best for short events)

    • Half-day rentals (up to 4 hours)

    • Full-day rentals (up to 8 hours)

    • Group and community events with custom pricing
